Caption: | Egypt Cairo Kan al-Khalili area square Mosque tower clock palmsis a busy and often important area as well as being a popular stop-off for tourists to Egypt and offered as part of City Tour where many bargains can be picked up as part of that exotic shopping experience in an Arabic Bazaar. Bargaining is also part of the fun and is expected throughout so a new and often daunting experience for the traditional conservative British visitor. Better value can probably be obtained in Aswan or Luxor and certainly for those doing a Nile Cruise large, weighty or fragile items are best left to the last minute. |
