PMR235-04 Romania, Moldavia, Sucevita: the monastery church from the entry gate. Founded by the Movila Brothers and built in 1582-4, it was the last of the "painted monasteries" to be completed. The fresco "Ladder of the Virtues" on the north wall of the church, is one of the most highly regarded.
