Caption: | Karnak Egypt Luxor Museum Amenhotep Alabaster Chapel Side Carvings wasone of the original exhibits in the Open Air Museum in the Karnak complex on the East Bank of the Nile at Luxor. Little is recorded of Amenhotep 1 who ruled around 1550-24BC although his mummy was found in the 1881 royal mummy cache but this beautiful small chapel is one delightful reminder of his 25 year reign. |
