Caption: | Medinet Habu Temple Mortuary Ramesses First Court Egypt Luxor WestBank location of the River Nile and a complex of temples is now dominated by the mortuary temple of Ramasses 111. Apart from being in excellent condition generally, the first court in this photograph does not offer some of breathtaking coloured reliefs of the first but has better preserved Osiride figures and many reliefs on the interior walls. Not included in most standard tour packages, this temple is worth the effort to be visited privately. |
