As a corporate portrait photographer you will generally sell more downloads than prints, as these can be easily used in press releases, brochures and on social media. Therefore many corporate photographers either only offer downloads or include the price of downloads in their fee.
At theimagefile you are not charged any fee for a download whether the client or you, the photographer, has downloaded and regardless of whether you are offering downloads separately or as a part of your fee.
