The Shared Library

Use the Shared Library function to add a class photo (or any other file) which is then included in every students sub-collection in the class. Upload it once, and show it multiple times.

Timers

Timers can automate tasks for you.

Use tiered pricing to encourage a higher spend per order by reducing the price per item the more the customer purchases.

Use packages to increase the product range purchase, giving the customer a better deal.

Use time sensitive discounts to encourage a earlier purchase.

Use gift vouchers to encourage loyalty for future orders.

Automate Access Codes

Often the school will want one access code per student. Just create a folder for each student, naming the folder with the unique access code and upload.

Download School Orders List

Use the collection Sales CSV to generate a list of every photo needed to fulfil all orders for the school.

Use the Sales History to generate a school total sales report.
